FEAR is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. FEAR reserves the right to accept or reject any order. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
You are responsible for reviewing order details before submission. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order is processed.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice. Unless specified, prices do not include delivery charges or applicable taxes.
You agree to provide accurate payment details. By placing an order, you confirm that: (i) you are authorized to use the payment method, (ii) payment details are valid, and (iii) full payment will be honored.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days in Pakistan. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Once the product is handed to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services (designs, logos, images, text, and graphics) is the property of FEAR or its licensors and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws.
