You are responsible for reviewing order details before submission. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once an order has been processed.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice. Unless specified, prices do not include delivery charges or applicable taxes.

You agree to provide accurate payment details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, the payment details are valid, and the full payment will be honored.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days in Pakistan. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our services, including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of FEAR or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Our return and refund policy is governed by our Customer Protection Policy in Pakistan. Customers have up to 15 days to initiate a return, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. For details, please see our Refund Policy.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Since FEAR is powered by Shopify, some data may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
